If you’re shipping unopened products back to us, please include your name, order number, and email address with the return package. Without it, we will not be able to identify your return to process a refund. We do not require you to send any opened product back to us because, well, it’s unsanitary.

If you don’t have products to ship back, we will process your refund immediately, and it usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement.

If you are sending any unopened products back to us, once it has been verified by our warehouse team, a refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Again, give it some time to appear on your statement. It’s out of our control once we issue the refund, and can take a bit longer at times.
