Makes: 16 cookies

1 ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
½ cup almond flour
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 scoop Detox Organics Chocolate Superfoods
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 egg white
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and use a spoon or your hands (recommended!) to thoroughly mix everything in together.

Use a tablespoon to scoop the batter, firmly press it with your hands push out onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all of the batter is gone.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
